Simple Appointment Process

We understand that dealing with your pet’s health can be stressful. We’re here to help make the process as simple as possible. Our staff of dedicated individuals will make sure all your pet’s health questions are answered as best as possible.

Step 1: Check-in

When you arrive you will be greeted warmly. You can hang out in our spacious waiting area while we do our best to get you into an exam room promptly.

Step 2: exam room

Once an exam room becomes available, one of our team members will weigh your pet and then escort you into the exam room. There they’ll do any preliminary steps required for your visit.

Step 3: vet exam

A veterinarian will then gather basic information about your pet’s health, examine your pet, answer questions you may have and plan further diagnostics or treatment as needed.

Step 4: Tests & Treatments

Our team will perform any recommended diagnostics tests (i.e. blood work) and treatments. These are typically performed in one of our treatment rooms. We’ll return your pet upon completion.

Step 5: billing & Booking

When the veterinary consultation is complete, you’ll go back to our front reception area where your billing and any required future appointment bookings will be handled.

Step 6: follow up

The next day you may receive a call from our team to get an update on how your pet has been doing since their visit. We’re happy to answer any additional questions you might have then.
